Last updated: February 12, 2026
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Agreement (hereinafter — "Agreement") governs the relationship between the individual entrepreneur or legal entity that owns the website hydraulik.saport.pl (hereinafter — "Platform", "Company", "we") and any individual or legal entity using the Platform (hereinafter — "User", "Client", "you").
1.2. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement and fully accept its terms.
2. Platform Status and Nature of Services
2.1. The Platform provides exclusively information services: publishing reference information about plumbing services, approximate prices, and accepting requests from Users for forwarding to independent technicians.
2.2. The Platform is not a service provider. We do not perform, organize, or supervise plumbing or any other work.
2.3. The contract for work is concluded directly between the Client and the Technician (independent contractor). The Platform is not a party to this contract.
2.4. Technicians who receive requests through the Platform are independent specialists or representatives of third-party organizations. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of the Company.
3. Information on the Website
3.1. All prices, timelines, service descriptions, warranty terms, and other information on the Platform are for reference only and do not constitute a public offer.
3.2. The final cost, scope of work, completion timelines, and warranty terms are determined through direct agreement between the Client and the Technician.
3.3. The Company makes efforts to keep information up to date but does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or relevance to current market conditions.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. The Company is not liable for the quality, timelines, results, or consequences of work performed by the Technician.
4.2. The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or interaction between the Client and the Technician.
4.3. All claims regarding the quality, timelines, or cost of work must be resolved directly between the Client and the Technician.
4.4. The Company is not responsible for the actions, inaction, qualifications, or licensing of Technicians.
5. Payment
5.1. Payment for work is made by the Client directly to the Technician as agreed between them.
5.2. The cost of the Technician's visit, materials, and work is agreed between the Client and the Technician before work begins.
5.3. The Platform does not accept payments for work and is not responsible for financial settlements between the Client and the Technician.
6. Warranties
6.1. Any warranties on completed work are provided by the Technician personally, not by the Platform.
6.2. Warranty terms are agreed between the Client and the Technician. We recommend documenting agreements in writing.
7. Personal Data
7.1. By submitting a request form, the User consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7.2. Client contact information may be shared with the Technician to fulfill the request.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
8.2. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
9.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
9.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached — in court at the Company's place of registration.
